What does this Franchise agreement mean for me?

The City of Fresno has granted Mid Valley Disposal the exclusive right to haul waste, recyclables, and organic materials for all businesses and multi-family units south of Ashlan Ave. within the city of Fresno. See attached map below to see service area.

When will this change take place?

This implementation will begin December 5^th, 2011

Will my service day remain the same?

It may be possible that some service days may change. Letters of notification have been mailed to aware our customers of this change. We are diligently working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth hand-off between Mid Valley Disposal and the City of Fresno.

Will my billing cycle remain the same?

Mid Valley Disposal will bill in advance. Our statements will be sent out the first week of each month. This statement is due and payable at the end of each month. This will give our customers the entire month to send their payment.

Will my monthly rate change?

Some rates may be subject to change depending on level of service. Your new rates will be reflected on your December statement. You may also find them at the link below. We have recycling staff readily available to conduct waste assessments at your businesses & properties. They will take a look at your waste stream to provide recommendations for you service levels. What will my options be for paying my bill?

Safe and secure payments can be made online through our web site. You may also pay by phone, where we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, or by mail.

Will reoccurring automatic payments be available?

Reoccurring payment plans are available for the convenience of our customers. Call our office at (559)237-9425 to set up a worry-free reoccurring payment on your credit card.

What if my bin is behind a locked fence or in an enclosure?

Contact us at (559)237-9425 to make an appointment to collect your gate key or opener. You can also drop your gate key or opener at our yard located at 3444 W. Whitesbridge Ave. Fresno, CA 93706.
