Backed by a $4.5 million CalRecycle grant and our own continued investment, this project brings cutting-edge technology, including AI-powered sorting systems, to better serve our Valley communities.

Project Overview
Our facility upgrades represent more than just new equipment—they’re a commitment to improving recycling outcomes across the region.
Project improvements include:

- AI-powered robotic sorting technology
- Increased material recovery rates

Once complete, these upgrades will enhance how we process over 130,000 tons of recyclable material annually.

We’ve partnered with Glacier to bring advanced AI-powered robots into our facility, enhancing how recyclable materials are identified, sorted, and recovered. These systems:

Behind the scenes, CP Manufacturing is playing a critical role in bringing this vision to life. They are leading the engineering and construction of our new commercial processing line. Their expertise is the foundation of this upgrade, ensuring a high-performing, state-of-the-art system.
This project is also made possible through the support of CalRecycle, whose grant funding has helped turn this investment into a reality.
