Megan Guarducci, Mid Valley Disposal’s Senior Manager of Safety & Environmental Compliance, was inducted into Waste 360s 40 Under 40 class for 2024. The 40 Under 40 list honors the next generation of leaders who are shaping the future of the waste and recycling industry. Megan is the driving force behind our comprehensive Health and Safety Information Program. Her work has helped streamline safety and compliance data into a centralized database for enhanced efficiency. Facing the COVID-19 pandemic, Megan stepped in and implemented innovated safety measures such as video training and personalized messaging. Her collaborative efforts have led to developing new operational safety programs and a bigger emphasis on safety culture at Mid Valley Disposal.
